Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed educational program based on the six-dimensional strategy in developing functional expression skills among female students of the Arabic Language Department at Tabuk University. To achieve this goal, a quasi-experimental approach with one group design was used, a list of functional expression skills for the main skill areas (writing official letters, writing notes, writing report, writing CV, job interview) including (30) sub-skills was built, and the educational materials for the program, as well as the study tool (the Functional Expression Skills Scale that consisted of 30 items were developed. After verifying the validity of the study tools, the experiment was carried out and the scale was applied before and after the program implementation to a randomly selected sample of 35 female students. The results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group students in the pre and post tests using the functional expression skills scale for the main and sub-functional expression skills. The effect size of the educational program's in the post test was large, which confirms the effectiveness of the program on developing these skills among female students of the Arabic Language Department at the UT.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي فاعلية برنامج تعليمي مقترح قائم على إستراتيجية الأبعاد السداسية في تنمية مهارات التعبير الوظيفي لدى طالبات قسم اللغة العربية بجامعة تبوك، ولتحقيق ذلك اسُتخدم المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي على المجموعة الواحدة، وبُنيت قائمة مهارات التعبير الوظيفي متضمنة مجالات المهارات الرئيسة: (كتابة الرسائل الرسمية، كتابة الملحوظات، كتابة التقرير، كتابة السيرة الذاتية، المقابلة الوظيفية) ويندرج تحتها (30) مهارة فرعية، وصُممت المواد التعليمية الخاصة بالبرنامج، وكذلك أدوات البحث المتمثلة في مقياس مهارات التعبير الوظيفي والذي تكون من (30) مفردة. وبعد إجراء الضبط العلمي لمواد وأداة البحث نفذت التجربة وطُبق المقياس قبل وبعد تنفيذ البرنامج على عينة تمّ اختيارها عشوائيًا وتضمنت (35) طالبة. وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.001) بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي في مقياس مهارات التعبير الوظيفي الرئيسة والفرعية، وبحساب الدلالة العملية (حجم الأثر)؛ بينت النتائج تأثير البرنامج الكبير في التطبيق البعدي حيث بلغ (4.52)؛ مما يؤكد فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي المقترح في تنمية تلك المهارات لدى طالبات قسم اللغة العربية بجامعة تبوك.
