Abstract

This study identified the obstacles that encounter the educational leaders of Jordanian Ministry of Education when implementing the findings of educational studies. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The questionnaire consisted of 26 items. The sample of the study consisted of 50 educational leaders of the Ministry of Education in Jordan. The study showed that the obstacles encountering the educational leaders of the Jordanian Ministry of Education were rated as high as well as for all the variables of the study. The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for experience and job title. In order to highlight the significance of the educational research and methods of utilizing it in the educational field, the researcher recommends that it is essential to hold educational symposiums, meetings, and workshops for the educationist of the Ministry of Education.

Arabic Abstract الملخص باللغة العربية

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى معوقات توظيف نتائج البحوث التربوية في صياغة القرارات لدى القيادات التربوية في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبانة، والتي تكونت من (26) فقرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) قائد تربوي من قادة وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية، وقد أظهرت النتائج: أن معوقات توظيف نتائج البحوث التربوية في صياغة القرارات لدى القيادات التربوية، جاءت بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، ولجميع مجالات الدراسة. وأظهرت النتائج كذلك: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α=0.05) لمتغيري الخبرة والمسمى الوظيفي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية؛ تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولصالح المؤهل العلمي دكتوراة. ويوصي الباحث: بضرورة عقد الندوات واللقاءات وورش العمل، للقيادات التربوية في وزارة التربية والتعليم؛ لبيان أهمية البحث التربوي.
