Abstract
The current study aimed to reveal the level of primary school teachers' awareness of the skill of reading fluently and the strategies for teaching it, and to reveal the impact of the study variables (teacher's gender, specialization, degree, number of years of experience), and accordingly. A questionnaire consisting of twenty-three statements was designed to measure the level of awareness of stage teachers. Elementary reading skills and teaching strategies: (awareness of reading fluently and its elements, strategies for teaching reading fluently). The researchers applied the tool to 340 primary teachers. The results of the study showed that the level of primary school teachers' awareness of the skill of reading fluently, and its teaching strategies reached a moderate degree in all domains. Based on the results of the study, the recommendations appear as follows: The need to implement training courses targeting primary school teachers in raising awareness of the skill of reading fluently and strategies for teaching it, in addition to holding support workshops and spreading awareness in primary schools. society through various media and emphasizing the importance of raising awareness of the skill of reading fluently and the strategies by which it is taught.

Arabic Abstract الملخص باللغة العربية
هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مستوى وعي معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمهارة الطلاقة القرائية واستراتيجيات تدريسها، والكشف عن أثر متغيرات الدراسة (جنس المعلم، التخصص، الدرجة العلمية، عدد سنوات الخبرة)، وعليه فقد صممت استبانة مكونة من ثلاث وعشرين عبارة تقيس مستوى وعي معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمهارة الطلاقة القرائية واستراتيجيات تدريسها وهي: (الوعي بمهارة الطلاقة القرائية وعناصرها، استراتيجيات تدريس مهارة الطلاقة القرائية). حيث قام الباحثان بتطبيق الأداة على 340 معلماً في المرحلة الابتدائية. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى وعي معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بمهارة الطلاقة القرائية واستراتيجيات تدريسها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في جميع المجالات، كما تبين وجود تأثير لمتغير جنس المعلم في المحور الثاني استراتيجيات تدريس مهارة الطلاقة القرائية وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، وتبين عدم وجود تأثير للمحور الأول، وتبين عدم وجود تأثير لمتغير التخصص في محاور الدراسة، وتبين وجود تأثير لمتغير الدرجة العلمية في محاور الدراسة وجاءت الفروق لصالح البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا، بالإضافة الى ذلك تبين وجود تأثير لمتغير الخبرة في محاور الدراسة، وجاءت الفروق لصالح 11 سنة فأكثر. وجاءت توصيات الدراسة كالآتي: ضرورة تطبيق دورات تدريبية تستهدف معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في التوعية حول مهارة الطلاقة القرائية واستراتيجيات تدريسها، وإقامة ورش مساندة، ونشر الوعي في المجتمع من خلال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، والتأكيد على أهمية الوعي حول مهارة الطلاقة القرائية واستراتيجيات تدريسها.
