فاعلية التعليم عن بعد في تنمية المهارات النمائية لدى اطفال الروضة أثناء جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر المعلمات
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of distance education in developing the developmental skills of kindergarten children from the point of view of kindergarten teachers in light of the Corona pandemic. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool. The sample was randomly selected, consisting of (70) female teachers. The results were analyzed by (SPSS), the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The effectiveness of distance teaching in developing the developmental skills of all Kindergarten children (with regard to memory activities, perception activities and thinking and developmental activities) from the point of view kindergarten teachers it was ahighiy rated. As for attention activities, from the point of view of kindergarten teachers, they were moderate. The results of the study showed that there is a difference in the viewpoints of kindergarten teachers about the effectiveness of Distance education in developing the developmental skills kindergarten children according to age in favor of the older group. The results of the study also showed that there is a difference according to their professional experience in favor of more years.

Arabic Abstract الملخص باللغة العربية
هدفت هذه الدراسة الي التعرف على مدى فاعلية التعليم عن بعد في تنمية المهارات النمائية لدى اطفال الروضة من وجهة نظر معلمات الروضة في ظل جائحة كورونا. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للوصول الي النتائج التي تحقق اهداف الدراسة كما واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات، حيث تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية بلغ قوامها (70) معلمة. تم تحليل النتائج عن طريق برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS), توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: فاعلية التعليم عن بعد في تنمية المهارات النمائية لدى اطفال الروضة جميعها (فيما يخص انشطة الذاكرة ،وانشطة الادراك وانشطة التفكير والنمائية) من وجهة نظر معلمات الروضة كانت بدرجة عالية .الا ان فاعلية التعليم عن بعد من تنمية المهارات النمائية لدى اطفال الروضة اما فيما يخص انشطة الانتباه من وجهة نظر معلمات الروضة كانت بدرجة متوسطة .واظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان هناك اختلاف في وجهات نظر معلمات الروضة حول فاعلية التعليم عن بعد في تنمية المهارات النمائية لدى اطفال الروضة بحسب السن لصالح الفئة الاكبر عمرا. كما اظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان هناك اختلاف في وجهات نظر معلمات الروضة حول فاعلية التعليم عن بعد في تنمية المهارات النمائية لدى اطفال الروضة بحسب خبرتهن المهنية لصالح السنوات الاكثر. كما تمت مناقشة النتائج في ضوء اهداف الدراسة.
