ممارسات التربية الوالدية في غرس قيم العمل التطوعي لدى أطفال إمارة الشارقة
Abstract
The current study aimed at investigating the practices of parental education in inculcating the values of volunteer work among the children of the Emirate of Sharjah. To achieve the aims of the study, a sample of 76 parents was selected from the Emirate of Sharjah during the second academic semester 2020/2021. The study data were collected through the qualitative research methodology using a semi-structured interview. An interview schedule was prepared, and its validity and reliability were verified. Based on the qualitative research procedures, the data were analyzed by the grounded theory approach. The findings of the study showed a set of effective parenting practices in inculcating the values of voluntary work among children. The effective practices were the belief in the importance of volunteering in the life of a Muslim, the view of voluntary work as a national value, guiding children to practice scientific thinking during volunteer work, the view of volunteer work as a societal culture, and relying on the practical activities to inculcate the values of volunteer work. In addition, the findings of the study revealed a number of factors affecting the role of parenting in inculcating voluntary work among children. Based on these results, a set of relevant conclusions and recommendations was drawn in promoting volunteer work in children.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استقصاء ممارسات التربية الوالدية في غرس قيم العمل التطوعي لدى أطفال إمارة الشارقة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ تمّ اختيار أفراد الدراسة من الآباء والأمهات في إمارة الشارقة للفصل الدراسي الثاني 2020/2021 والبالغ عددهم (76) فرداً. وجمعت بيانات الدراسة من خلال منهجية البحث النوعي، القائمة على المقابلة شبه المقننة (Semi-structured interview)، حيث تم إعداد دليل مقابلة (Interview schedule)، والتحقق من إجراءات صدقه وثباته، حسب إجراءات منهجية البحث النوعي. وتم تحليل البيانات من خلال مدخل النظرية المتجذرة (Grounded theory approach). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود ممارسات فاعلة للتربية الوالدية في إمارة الشارقة تهدف إلى غرس قيم العمل التطوعي لدى الأطفال، تمثلت الممارسات الفعالة بـــــ: النظرة الإيمانية للعمل التطوعي، والنظرة إلى العمل التطوعي كقيمة وطنية، وتوظيف مدخل توجيه الطفل للتفكير العلمي من خلال ممارسة العمل التطوعي، والنظرة إلى العمل التطوعي كثقافة مجتمعية، والاعتماد على مدخل الأنشطة في غرس قيم العمل التطوعي. كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة وجود مجموعة من العوامل المؤثرة على دور التربية الوالدية في غرس العمل التطوعي لدى الأطفال. وبناءً على هذه النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات ذات الصلة في تعزيز العمل التطوعي لدى الأطفال.
