Abstract
استهدفت هذه الدراسة تحديد مشكلات وصعوبات تعلم اللغة العربية لدى طلاب الصف التاسع الناطقين بغيرها في إمارة دُبي، وتحديد إذا ما كانت هذه المشكلات والصعوبات تعوق تعلمهم للغة العربية كلغة ثانية. وتقديم توصيات ومقترحات، وذلك من خلال الإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية: 1-ما مشكلات تعلم اللغة العربية التي يوجهها طلاب الصف التاسع الناطقون بغيرها؟ 2- ما صعوبات تعلم اللغة العربية التي يواجها طلاب الصف التاسع الناطقون بغيرها؟ ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مستخدمة أداتين، هما: استبانة المشكلات واستبانة الصعوبات. وقد اشتملت العينة على (76 ) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب الصف التاسع الناطقين بغير اللغة العربية في مدارس إمارة دبي من أصل 276 ، بنسبة 27.5 %، حيث قامت الباحثة بتوزيع استبانتي المشكلات والصعوبات على هذه العينة لمعرفة درجة حدة مشكلات وصعوبات تعلم اللغة العربية التي تواجه طلاب الصف التاسع الناطقين بغيرها. ولمعالجة البيانات احصائيا، استخدمت الباحثة برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS ) وقد توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها:
- درجة حدة المشكلات يشير توسطها الموزون إلى أنها) متوسطة(.
- درجة حدة الصعوبات يشير توسطها الموزون إلى أنها) متوسطة (.
- تقديم توصيات ومقترحات تهدف إلى إيجاد حلول لمشكلات وصعوبات تعلم اللغة العربية لدى
طلاب الصف التاسع الناطقين بغيرها.

This study aims to identify problems and difficulties in learning Arabic as a foreign language that faces year nine students in Dubai and to determine whether these problems and difficulties hinder their learning.
By answering the following questions:
1- What are the problems of learning Arabic as a foreign language faced by year nine students?
2- What are the difficulties of learning Arabic as a foreign language faced by year nine students?
To achieve these objectives, the analytical descriptive method was followed using two tools; identifying the problems questionnaire and identifying difficulties questionnaire. The sample included 76 students of year nine non-native speakers in schools of Dubai out of 276 by 27.5%. The questionnaires of problems and difficulties were distributed to samples to find the degree of severity of the problems and difficulties of learning Arabic. To analyze the data statistically, the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) was used.
The results show that
- The degree of severity of problems in learning as a foreign language has a (medium) impact.
- The degree of severity of difficulties in learning as a foreign language has (medium) impact
- Provide recommendations and proposals aimed at finding solutions to the problems and difficulties of learning the Arabic language among year nine students who speak other languages.
