درجة توفر القيم الاجتماعية الممثلة للبعد العلائقي لرأس المال الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر الطلاب المعلمين في جامعة الكويت
Abstract
This research aimed to identify the degree to which social values representing the relational dimension of social capital are available from the perspectives of student teachers at Kuwait University, and their relationship to some variables. The researchers designed an instrument that consisted of twenty items reflecting five social values representing the relational dimension and administered it to 268 student teachers enrolled in the academic year (2021/2022) using an electronic link. The results showed (1) the availability of social values was moderate, with the value of respect ranking first, followed by the value of trust, belonging, commitment, and lastly, acceptance; (2) Males and females differed in estimating the degree to which these social values are available, with males scoring higher; and (3) A positive correlation emerged between both the academic GPA and the degree of availability of social values, while no relationship was observed between the economic status of the student's families and the degree to which the social values are available. Findings were discussed considering the social and cultural context of both Kuwait and Kuwait University. Recommendations included: educate students on the ethics of dealing with colleagues, promote the culture of volunteerism, and encourage faculty members to implement collaborative learning.

هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرّف درجة توفر القيم الاجتماعية الممثلة للبعد العلائقي لرأس المال الاجتماعي، وذلك من وجهة نظر الطلاب المعلمين في جامعة الكويت، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات. استعان الباحثان بالمنهج الوصفي، فقاما بتصميم مقياس خاص مكوَّن من عشرين بندا، تعكس خمس قيم اجتماعية ممثلة للبعد العلائقي لرأس المال الاجتماعي. قام الباحثان بتطبيق المقياس على عينة قوامها (268) طالبا معلما مقيدا خلال العام الجامعي (2021/2022)، باستخدام رابط إلكتروني. أظهرت نتائج البحث أن درجة تَوَفُّر القيم الاجتماعية الممثلة للبعد العلائقي لرأس المال الاجتماعي قد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، حيث جاءت قيمة الاحترام في المرتبة الأولى وتليها قيمة الثقة، في حين جاءت قيمة التقبل في المرتبة الأخيرة وتسبقها قيمة الانتماء، واحتلت قيمة الالتزام مرتبة متوسطة. وأظهرت نتائج البحث كذلك فروقاً بين الذكور والإناث في درجة توفُّر القيم الاجتماعية، لصالح الذكور، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين كل من المعدل الدراسي ودرجة توَفُّر القيم الاجتماعية، في حين لم تُلحَظ أية علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الوضع الاقتصادي لأسر الطلاب ودرجة تَوَفُّر تلك القيم الاجتماعية. نوقشت النتائج في ضوء السياق الاجتماعي والتربوي لكل من كلية التربية، والمجتمع الكويتي، وقدمت عدد من التوصيات كضرورة تثقيف الطلاب بأخلاقيات التعامل مع الزملاء، واستحداث مقرر دراسي لتعزيز ثقافة العمل التطوعي، وتشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس على تضمين أساليب التعلم التعاوني في ممارساتهم التدريسية.
