of Saudi Arabia and Ways to Aactivate Them [Analytical study]”, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach which described the concept and analyze the practice of governance standards. In addition, the researchers used the inductive approach wherein tracking the obstacles that faced the application of finical integrity, compliance, transparency, and disclosure to enhance administrative efficiency and reach the rational decision of the parties concerned with civil associations. The study aimed at clarifying the concept of governance, its importance, and influences in the third sector, the legal foundations on which the governance of civil associations depends on, clarifying the governance standards and its indictors, identifying challenges that facing the implementation, and ways to activate good governance practices in consistent with the Kingdom’s ambitious vision 2030. The research concluded a set of results and recommendations. As for the results are that 1- Saudi’s experience towards implementing governance standards for civil associations contributed to strengthening institutionalism, but there are still some problems in the application that need intervention from the relevant authorities to deal with it 2- Many of those who managing civil association like board member and chief executives still don’t realize the impact of the governance and their roles toward achieving these impacts. As for the recommendations, is that there is a need to reformulate governance standards into a governance regulation that is embodied in legal phrases to facilitate access and understand of these standards.
