A shop in its modern term is of the spiritual ownership rights because it depends on the element of customers contact whether these element were materialistic or spiritual . Because of economical advancement and the role of Globiligation in the field of commercial law . new appeared which havent been organized by the legislator or delt with by justice . and which havent studied by researchers . these are total quality management , iso , and hazard analysis critical control point . The reason that motivated us to study it , draw attention to and take care of .
