Abstract
As long as there is law, represented by the legislative authority, concerned with crime control through appropriate legislations, there will be various views and legal issues concerning Information crimes emanating from the hypothetical cyber circle of computers, which is entirely different from traditional crimes.
This study tackles this issue focusing on the nature of crimes growing up in the new hypothetical existence and subsequently endangering the security of national, Arabic and international information to enable legal bodies in our Arab World to make appropriate approach to it.
After full analysis of most common concepts in the technological field of hypothetical space information, the writer recommends a number of topics to be tackled giving examples of legislations in many countries having advanced experience in this field to be followed while making similar legislations m the Arab World.
