Abstract
The researcher tackles a widely y controversial and conflicting issue. His research covers the wife's esteem by a wealthy husband, insolvent husband and the provision of more than one servant. The research ends with subsequent conclusions.
The writer discussed each topic individually, quoting all relevant jurisprudents and relater’s views compiling each party’s evidences elaborated from Shari’a textual sources. He used his own "Ijti-had" in certain evidence less cases and finally supports what he finds as predominant.
