Abstract
تتناول الطروحة موضوع الحماية الجن ائية للطفل من جرائم الاستغلال الجنسي عبر الإنترنت في القانون الامارات ي، باعتبارها من الجرائم المستحدثة التي انتشرت انتشاراً سريعا نظراً للتقدم التكنولوجي والتطور في وسائل الإتصال الحديثة وما توفره من سرعة وسهولة في ا لانتشار بالإضافة إلى صعوبة المتابعة والإثبات .
وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراس ة في أنها تتناول جريمة من الجرائم التي تمس الطفال ومستقبلهم، وتخلف آثار نفسية واجتماعية وصحية قد تلازمهم طيلة حياتهم، وبالتالي تهدد كيان السرة والمجتممع على حد سواء، كما أن هذه الجرائم تتم عبر الإنترنت مما يسهل ارتكابها وإخفاء أدلتها، علاوة على صعوبة تتبعها والقبض على مرتكبيها .
وقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح صور جرائم الاستغلال الجنسي عبر الإنترنت والحماية الجنائية للأطفال منها وفقا لتشريعات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وذلك من خلال فصلين: تناول الفصل الول منها ماهية جرائم الاستغلال الجنسي للأطفال عبر الإنترنت، في حين تناول الفصل الثان ي منها المسؤولية الجنائية عن جرائم الاستغلال الجنسي للطفل عبر الإنترنت.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى التأكيد على ضرورة التركيز على التوعية بهذا النوع من الجرائم وضرورة تدريب وزيادة كفاءة العاملين في التحقيق في هذه الجرائم وضبطها تماشي ا مع التطور التكنولوجي في وسائل التقنية الحديثة، وضرورة تشديد العقوبات على مرتكبي هذه الجريمة نظراً لما تشكله من خطر جسيم على الطفال والمجتمع من النواحي الاجتماعية والصحية والنفسية.

The thesis deals with the subject of child criminal protection against sexual exploitation crimes in the United Arab Emirates, as one of the new crimes that spread rapidly due to the technological progress, and development in the modern means of communication and the availability of speed and ease of spread in addition to the difficulty of follow-up and proof.
The importance of this study is that it deals with a crime that affects children and their future, and has psychological, social and health effects that have been associated with them throughout their lives, thus threatening the family and the community alike, in addition These crimes are also carried out through the Internet, which makes it easier to commit and conceal evidence, as well as the difficulty of tracking and arresting perpetrators.
The study sought to clarify the images of sexual exploitation crimes on the Internet and the criminal protection of children in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates through two chapters: chapter one dealt with the crimes of sexual exploitation of children through the Internet, while the second chapter dealt with the rules of criminal responsibility for crimes Child sexual exploitation online.
The study stressed the importance of focusing on awareness of this type of crime and the need to train and increase the efficiency of those working in the investigation and control of these crimes in line with the technological development in the modern technological means and the need to tighten penalties for the perpetrators of this crime according to the serious social, health and psychological risks it poses to children and society.
