Abstract

Until the end of 2018, about (768130) Palestinian refugees reside in 27 camps in West Bank and Gaza Strip, which recognized by the UNRWA, as housing units established by the Agency on lands granted by the Jordanian government in the West Bank and Egyptian government in the Gaza Strip. The importance of the research was evident in the matter, to show the legal system of housing units and the right of a refugee in them in light of the multiplicity of rights and the different types and their names that are on housing units, such as the right of housing for refugees in them, and the right of UNRWA that established these units, and the right of the host government that granted land to UNRWA.The main problem of the topic emerged in the legal adaptation of the right of refugees to housing in housing units, and through the adoption of the descriptive analytical approach and the division of the site into two topics: the first dealt with: the legal system for housing units in the camps, and the second: the legal adaptation of the right to housing in housing units, We reached many conclusions, the most important of which was that the refugee right over the housing unit is an original in-kind right called the right to use housing, and a legal adjustment has been reached to the legal association between the Palestinian refugee and UNRWA.
