Abstract
Joint suretyship has been playing a very important role nowadays. It has some advantages that do not exist in different types of suretyships. This search concerns with the Joint suretyship; definition, importance and all pleas relating to obligations through different applications. The study focuses as well on the pleas of the different sureties when they lose pensions, and all pleas relating to negligence of creditors.
