Abstract

ھدفت ھذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التحدیات التي تواجھ برامج اكتشاف ورعایة الطلبة الموھوبین من وجھة نظر معلمي ومعلمات التربیة الخاصة بدولة الامارات العربیة المتحدة، واتبعت الدراسة المنھج الوصفي المسحي لتحقیق ھدف الدراسة. وقد تكونت عینة الدراسة من ( 407 ) معلما ومعلمة للتربیة الخاصة بمدارس دولة الامارات العربیة المتحدة وذلك خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني2019، ولتحقیق أھداف الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وشملت أربع - للعام 2018 محاور رئیسیة، التحدیات التي تتعلق بشخصیة الموھوب، أسرة الموھوب، البیئة المدرسیة للموھوب، مجتمع الموھوب.

وقد أظھرت نتائج الدارسة أن جمیع التحدیات التي تواجھ برامج اكتشاف ورعایة الموھوبین من وجھة نظر معلمي ومعلمات التربیة الخاصة بدولة الامارات العربیة المتحدة، كانت بدرجة عالیة في كافة محاورھا وفقاً لمقیاس لیكرت الخماسي، مرتبة تنازلیا كالتالي (التحدیات المتعلقة بأسرة الموھوب -التحدیات المتعلقة بالبیئة المدرسیة للموھوب -التحدیات المتعلقة بمجتمع الموھوب والتحدیات المتعلقة بشخصیة الموھوب). وكذلك أشارت النتائ ج بأن ھ لا توج د فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة بین متغیرات الدراسة النوع المنطقة التعلیمیة، الحلقة الدراسیة، المؤھل العلمي، في كل الابعاد وإنما توجد فروق ذات دلالة في الأبعاد الفرعیة من وجھة نظر معلمي ومعلمات التربیة الخاصة بدولة الامارات العربیة المتحدة.

This study aims to identify the challenges facing the discovery and care of the gifted students programs from the perspective of special education teachers in the United Arab Emirates by using the descriptive survey method. A sample of (407) special education teachers was taken in schools located in United Arab Emirates during the second study semester of 2018-2019. To achieve the goal of this study, a questionnaire containing four main axes was used as follows: the challenges facing the discovery and care of the gifted students programs from the prospective of special education teachers related to gifted students personalities, their families, their school environment, and gifted students community.

Based on a mono-contrast analysis, a statistical analysis was also performed to discover the challenges and to find differences between the response sample scores according to gender variables, school district, seminar and educational qualifications. Results of the study showed that all the challenges facing the discovery and care of the gifted students programs from the viewpoint of special education teachers in the United Arab Emirates were accepted in all its axes. According to Likert five-year scale, the results were accepted in a descending order as follows: challenges related to the gifted students families, challenges related to the environment of gifted students, challenges related to their schools and challenges related to gifted students personalities. The results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between study variables, gender, and education zone.
