The research shows that the principal's role in leading teachers ' professional Development in the primary stage: teacher' perspective in AI-Ain Education Zone.Where the study aimed to explore the views of teacher in the role of school principal in Leading the professional development. Therefore, the ample contains 140 teachers from school in the primary stage from AI-Ain Education Zone during the academic year 2011-2012
Researcher stated by introduction to define the important of research, study limitation and the research ample. Then shows previous studies. Researcher used the survey to collect the data. The instrument was divided into two main parts. The first part was about the general information and the second part was about the research questions.Researcher used the statistical analysis (SSPS) program and the results shows that the school principal p lay an effective role in leading teacher ' professional development and the average was 4.01 . In the conclusion, there were some recommendations such as there is a need to apply this study in the male school ls and there is a need to study a relationship Between the new teachers ' assessment and the professional development.
