Abstract

The study has aimed to identify school leadership styles and their impact on the organizational loyalty for teachers of Sharjah government schools/ eastern province from the point of view of male and female teachers. To achieve the study goals, I depended on the descriptive method throughout analyzing some previous related studies and theoretical literature. A questionnaire has been made consisting of (43) items represent school leadership styles and their impact on the organizational loyalty of teachers in Sharjah educational zone / eastern province from point of view of male and female government school teachers in four aspect: dictator style, laissez faire, democracy style and organizational loyalty of teachers.

The questionnaire has been applied on (504) male, female teachers the reliability coefficient was (0.786). The content reliability coefficient has been applied throughout (5) professors from UAE University. The (SPSS) has been used for data analysis, and average, and normative deviations has been applied to answer the study questions, from point of view of the study: the outstanding style is the democracy one, and the organizational loyalty in Sharjah teachers was highly graded, and there is a positive relationship between the democracy style and the organization loyalty for teachers, and there is a difference in averages between organizational loyalty and gender, and there is a difference in averages between organizational loyalty and experience of teachers.
